At or before the point we collect information from you, we tell you what we are collecting and why. That notice appears directly on every form on this site. In summary, we collect identifiers, professional and employment-related information, and the contents of your message, in order to respond to your enquiry and to provide insurance brokerage services.

We do not collect sensitive personal information through this website and we ask you not to submit it here.
No sale, no sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, including for consumers under 16.
Global Privacy Control
This website recognises the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. When GPC is detected, analytics and marketing cookie categories are automatically treated as opted out, regardless of any other setting.

- The right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- The right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do neither.
- The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect it here.

How to submit a request
Call (408) 725-8777 or send a request through our contact form with "California privacy request" as the subject. We will verify your identity using information we already hold before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Insurance information
Certain personal information we handle in connection with insurance transactions is also governed by the California Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act and by carrier privacy notices. Where those rules apply, they operate alongside this notice.
