Our commitment

Strata Shield Insurance Solutions aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of building and maintaining the site, not a later addition.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML with a single main landmark and a logical heading order on every page.
• A skip-to-content link and a fully keyboard-operable interface, including the menu and accordions.
• Visible focus indicators that meet contrast requirements.
• Color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text, and never color alone to convey meaning.
• Form labels tied to their inputs, errors announced to assistive technology, and clear error text.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and empty alt text on decorative ones.
• Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels on mobile.
• Respect for the reduced-motion preference.

Known limitations

Some third-party content — carrier portals, downloadable carrier documents and embedded maps — is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. If a carrier document is not accessible to you, contact us and we will supply the information in another format.

Reporting a barrier

Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to resolve confirmed issues as quickly as practicable.
